Practice by the mat: yoga & mala

How our yoga collection was designed to be worn through movement, breath and stillness.

Our yoga collection was designed with movement, breath and stillness in mind. The cord is soft enough to sit under a long-sleeved layer without catching; the beads are small enough to stay quiet through vinyasa; the closures are adjustable so you can loosen for savasana and pull snug for standing balances.

Choose a stone that meets you where you are. Amethyst for a calmer mind. Rose quartz for a softer heart. Clear quartz when you're not sure what you need. Lapis lazuli when you want to speak your truth.

The Prana Bracelet is our quiet ritual piece — a single row of gemstones on metallic yarn, named for the Sanskrit word for life force. The Tridatu is a three-strand red, white and black woven bracelet — a Balinese blessing bracelet worn as protection.

Wear it through your practice. Sleep in it. Let it become part of the rhythm of the day, the way a mala should. When it starts to feel like part of you rather than something you're wearing, the piece is doing its job.

If you're new to setting an intention, keep it small: one word for the day. Balance. Softness. Trust. Hold the bracelet for a moment on the mat before you begin, and let that word travel with you.
